The Zigbee magnetic door/window sensor detects when the door is opened or closed. In combination with other devices and applications, the sensor forms the basis of a smart home. The sensor connects to the 'Smart Life' app available on Google Play and the App Store. A Zigbee control panel is required for operation via the Zigbee protocol. A multi mode gateway control panel is available from us. With this small device, you can monitor the status of your windows and doors in real time. The sensor sends a signal to the app, which notifies you that the door has been opened.

Zigbee is a wireless data transmission protocol. Tuya (Smart Life app) - Tuya gateways are wired (RJ45) and wireless (Wi-Fi). The former are more powerful and allow more devices to be connected. A range of motion sensors, humidity sensors, smoke sensors, network outlets, switches or light switches can be connected to the gateway. It is important to choose a gateway that supports ZigBee 3.0.
