Delivery

The order fulfillment time consists of two factors:

Production of blinds

Fabric blinds, day / night, pleats, mosquito nets from 4-8 working days

Roman blinds 7-9 working days

Wooden blinds 4-6 working days

Delivery by a courier company

4-5 working days

The order preparation process begins with the receipt of the order confirmation by the Customer. When ordering products, a request to confirm the order will be sent to the e-mail address provided. By clicking on the "Confirm order" button, the customer gives us an instruction to produce the ordered products.

During the order fulfillment process, the Customer will be informed by e-mail about the status of the order.

The cost of delivery is given when choosing the method of delivery and payment.

Check the package

Check the condition of the parcel when you receive it from the courier. If there is visible damage to the packaging that indicates the contents of the package have been damaged or tampered with, write down the injury protocol with the courier. The procedure takes a few minutes and each courier has to have that protocol.
