Claims

1. If your blinds do not function properly or have a manufacturing defect, lodge a complaint by e-mail.

2. If the blind is damaged during use, please include this information in the complaint.

3. Complaints will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days.

4. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail - store@familyrollo.co.uk.

5. Complaints are based on photographs of the damaged items.

6. Complaints can be made throughout the entire warranty period - 5 years

7. If the actual dimensions differ from the order, we will produce new blinds at our expense.

Personal data may be processed for the purposes of: performing activities prior to concluding the contract or performing the contract, presenting a commercial offer , answers to your questions - depending on the content of your message. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 para. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), i.e. the implementation of the contract or taking action before the conclusion of the contract, Article 6 § 1 lit. and the GDPR, i.e. your consent, Article 6 para. 1 lit. f, i.e. the legitimate interest of the administrator - willingness to answer your questions and doubts. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing specified in paragraph 3 above, i.e. to conclude a contract, submit a commercial offer, answer your questions or doubts and may be stored until the end of the contract period and limitation of claims from the contract. The person whose personal data is processed has the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, object to the processing and the right to transfer personal data, provided that the right to transfer personal data applies only to data processed only in an automated manner.
