Where is my order?
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email together with the tracking number in order to follow your item.
What is the delivery time?
Each product from the website has its own delivery time, however we will do our best so you can have it delivered as soon as possible.
Can I have my order delivered to another address than given one?
Of course, we will be more than happy to have it delivered for you to any address you are willing to.
Will I be informed about shipping the item?
Absolutely. Once you order is ready to be shipped, we will email you all the information needed such as: approximate delivery date and tracking number.
What will happen if I don’t receive the order?
Do not worry. If you are not home while your order is being delivered, the courier will leave a note for you with all the details needed in order to change the delivery time. Luckly, re-delivery is free of charge.
The order preparation process begins when the customer receives the order confirmation. When ordering products, a confirmation request will be sent to the e.mail address provided. The customer by clicking the "Confirm Order" button gives us the instruction to produce the ordered. During the order processing, the customer will be informed by e.mail about the status of the order. The cost of delivery is provided when choosing the method of delivery and payment.
When receiving a package from a courier, check its condition. If there are visible damages to the packaging, which indicate that the contents of the package have been damaged or broken, write a damage report at the courier. The procedure takes several minutes, couriers are equipped with such a protocol.
