Is pleated blind a good solution for a roof window? 

Roof windows let a lot of sunlight into the room. One of the best and practice solutions, in this case, are skylight pleated blinds.

 

How do they work on roof windows?

 The fabric folds into an accordion and allows the pleat to be controlled both from above and from below. It can be positioned anywhere in the window to adjust the amount of incoming light and you will still enjoy a view of the outside.

The Familyrollo roof window pleated blind is equipped with mounting clips, which should be screwed to the window recess with screws. Then, insert the pleat profiles into the installed clips to make them ready for use.

If there is a need to operate the pleat from a greater distance, it is possible to order the control handle.

 

How to measure a roof window for using the Familyrollo window pleats?

You should measure the window sash in the narrowest deflection of the strip of the glass. Check the dimensions inside the skylight recess and provide them to the configurator. Detailed instruction in the PDF file is available on our website.
