What are you looking for?
Roman blinds are made of fabrics that are used for making curtains. You can easily wash and iron them. However, it is good to get to know the washing rules inserted at the back of the fabric.
1. Unwind the fabric blind along with its entire height, so that the fabric is completely lowered
2. Untie the pull strings from the bottom of the roller blind, and then pull them out of the eyelets or the tape (depending on the type of blind)
3. Pull out the horizontal stiffening rods and the lower roller shutter weight
4. Detach the Velcro fabric from the control mechanism
5. The blinds can be washed by hand or in the washing machine. Follow the washing instructions of the fabric.
– choose a detergent suitable for the fabric
– set the program for delicate fabrics
– do not spin
- keep water temperature luke-warm around 30 degrees
- do not wash the blinds in the washing machine using a hand wash program
- use gentle detergent suitable for the fabric
Dry and iron the washed fabrics according to the information on the label. Then fasten the fabric to the roller blind mechanism, i.e. perform all operations in the reverse order as when removing the fabric.
